Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and Washington DC.
We're not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or internationally at the moment. If you're in one of those, our full range is available on Amazon.
Shipping cost and delivery time
Standard shipping is $10.95, and orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
Delivery times are counted from when your order is dispatched, not from when you place it. Orders placed at a weekend are dispatched the next business day.
How your order is packed and sent
Our orders are picked, packed and shipped from Amazon's fulfilment network. Your parcel will arrive in Amazon packaging.
Bought somewhere else?
- Amazon — shipping and delivery are handled by Amazon. Check Your Orders in your Amazon account.
- TikTok Shop — delivery is handled through TikTok Shop.
- A shop or local retailer — please contact them directly.
If something goes wrong
If your order hasn't arrived when the tracking says it should have, email support@plbfun.com with your order number and we'll chase it for you.
